Founded in 1992 on the coast of Dalian, China, SHIDE Group emerged with the tide of China’s reform and opening-up. Over the past three decades, guided by our core philosophy — “paying the nation with industry, prospering the family with morality” — we have evolved from a local pioneer into a world-leading comprehensive enterprise group.
Our Journey
1992-1995
In just three years, the SHIDE team completing 3 million m³ of earthworks and creating Dalian’s iconic Victory Square, Xinghai Square, and Jinshi Golf Course.
1995 onward
Partnering with global technology leaders including Reimelt (Germany), Greiner (Austria), Cincinnati (USA), and Chemson (UK), we introduced the world’s most advanced fully automated UPVC profile production lines.
2008-2018p
SHIDE trademark recognized as China Well-Known Trademark; six-year collaboration with BASF resulted in groundbreaking lead-free calcium-zinc polyester alloy profiles (9 patents, including 2 invention patents granted in the US, EU, Japan, Korea, etc.), filling an international technology gap and winning Gold Medal at the 2018 Canton Fair.
2018-present
Launched revolutionary SPC, WPC, ABA, LVT flooring and SPC wall panels — formaldehyde free, green certified, and enjoying explosive global demand.
